Changes for the 2017-2018 Season

As we begin our 2017-2018 Season, we have some changes happening at RHP.

Ever since we have started offering online tickets, it has proved popular. So much so, that our original ticketing system can no longer handle the load. So we have upgraded our ticketing system once more to a system run by PurplePass. So don’t be alarmed if you see that name associated in any way with the tickets. We hope it will serve us for many years to come.

PurplePass now allows us to take credit / debit card reservations over the phone. So going forward, all phone reservations will require you to pre-purchase your tickets by providing your credit / debit card information. We will only reserve seats that are pre-paid. We know that this is a big change for patrons that have supported us throughout the years. This is how all professional theaters operate and most of the community theaters. We hope you can embrace this change as it will help minimize people reserving seats and not showing up to use them.

Of course, if you have already purchased Season Tickets or hold Comp tickets, we can still reserve your seats over the phone.

On the day of our shows, you can check if there will be tickets available at the box office where tickets can still be purchased with credit / debit card, check, or cash. You can visit the ticketing link to see what is available.
