Frequently Asked Questions

We do not have any official dress code at our theater. When you attend, you will likely see people wearing anything from jeans & t-shirts to formal wear. If you are concerned about what to wear to the theater, we recommend that you come in business office or dressy-casual attire — you’ll feel neither over-dressed nor under-dressed!

Patrons who have reason to believe that a personal belonging may have been left at the theater, are welcome to send an e-mail to the theater directly, and inquire if the item has been found by theater management staff. Please send and e-mail to playersrhp@ramonahillsideplayers.org. Please provide the following information to ensure a prompt response: (a) date and time of performance, (b) exact seating location, (c) detailed description of the misplaced item, and (d) contact information including day time and evening telephone numbers.

It is extremely rare that a show will cancel performances due to weather. We will only be able to refund your tickets because of bad weather if the producers of the show make the decision to cancel the performance. Otherwise, no refunds will be possible.

There is always someone there to take care of box office issues during performances. If you have any other problems please contact a member of our team and we will do our best to resolve your issue.

We suggest getting there about 30 minutes early if you are picking up tickets at the box office.
